Shanice Lowe
Shanice Lowe graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. While completing her degree, she competed for the SJSU gymnastics team at the NCAA Division I level. During her 17-year career in the sport, Shanice gained lots of experiences as a patient in physical therapy due to various injuries and learned firsthand the importance of consistent, targeted physical rehabilitation.
Shanice earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California where she gained a wealth of experience working in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings. She loves working with a variety of patient populations from young athletes to older adults of all skill levels. Shanice believes that physical therapy is the perfect medium for empowering individuals to achieve their functional, wellness, and performance goals, whatever they may be.
When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys playing with her young son Jaylan, running, doing pilates, bicycling, and helping her husband Ryan, an ice hockey player, stay in one piece.
