Sam Ha received his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) in Exercise Science. His joy and passion for helping others emerged during his internship at the CSULB faculty clinic where he had opportunities to help collegiate level athletes recover from injuries. After obtaining his B.S. degree, Dr. Sam earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapman University. During the program, he had opportunities to work in a variety of clinical settings. He had multiple internship experiences in different outpatient orthopedic clinical settings. He also had the opportunity to work in the Day Rehabilitation Program for neurological disorders at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, one of the largest comprehensive medical rehabilitation centers in the U.S.
Dr. Sam focuses his treatments on manual therapy, functional movement assessments, and neuromuscular re-education with personalized exercises. He believes in the comprehensive patient care approach which encompasses orthopedic, neurological, and psychosocial components. His professional interests include balance and vestibular management, and rehabilitation of the TMJ.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sam enjoys drumming, playing basketball, bouldering, rock climbing, and backpacking in nature. He has interests in backpacking the most beautiful places around the world.
