Paul Molina received his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. Having a strong affinity for helping individuals and the community with healthcare needs, Paul began searching for opportunities to delve into. While interning at Irvine Valley College Sports Medicine Team, Paul enjoyed working with collegiate athletes, but also wanted to assist the older adult population. Volunteering at St. Joseph hospital and Torrance Memorial Medical Center, he understood the importance of helping people live the life they want to live and obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia to help.
Dr. Paul focuses on the importance of patient education and self-efficacy, therapeutic alliance and patient rapport building, individualized and appropriate exercise prescription, and thorough and evidence based treatment. While in school, Dr. Paul participated and instructed evidence-based falls prevention programs on the weekends, with an emphasis on fear of falling within the older adult population.
Outside of the clinic, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, baby boy, and dog. He also enjoys traveling around the globe and cycling in different countries.
