This position requires excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, superb organizational skills and an ability to fully take ownership of coordinating and managing our schedule. Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior scheduling experience, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use multi line phone system with professional phone etiquette
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM Working conditions
- Full or part time position
- Fast paced office environment with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
